"How did it go? It did not! Contractor made appointment to quote, then cancelled. Next day, showed up without me confirming next appointment. Becuase the contractor was so nice and spoke to my husband, we decided to give her an opportunity. She agreed on a day, time and price. First surprise was her saying she was coming a day earlier then we scheuduled. ( the night before) when i told her that would not work, she confirmed that she would be here at our scheudled day and time. Less then 3 hours before she was expected to clean, said text that she was not coming and when i called and asked why, her response was "I have extra things to care for today"! I had already waited a week. We rescheudle for saturday, and this morning i got a text stating she has a call and she had to come late. I asked what time and was sent a message stating, " Find someone else , you do not pay enough." Crazy thing is , I requested a quote, and was asked what I was currently paying. The contractors price was " OK!" and agreed to that price. I was never asked for more. THis held me up for over a week and I turned other contractors down. Unprofessional and Unnacceptable. Would not recommend"

"My carpet was so loose you could see waves in it, and I’d not cleaned it for 6 years. I got a written estimate from Complete Carpet Solutions and chose to use them. I am so glad I did! Jackie Gann, owner, explained the process, stretched it and showed me what he was finding. He patched several places where my cats had done damage and he repaired them so well I can’t see where they were in the first place. The thorough cleaning makes it seem new again. Jackie and his crew also cleaned my 12 foot high stone fireplace wall by hand since power washing would cause damage, cleaned 3 arm chairs and my recliner couch. The foot rest on one side wouldn’t close completely and he fixed it. Jackie and his team did a great job, and were fun to work with. The cost was affordable. I highly recommend them!"
