Mr. Elmore of Buffing Brother's was absolutely great! Prompt, professional and courteous. He came in, assessed the job and got straight to work. The carpet looked fantastic and smelled great. I would recommend him 100% and will ABSOLUTELY use him again. He even cleaned my hand knotted Mashad Persian wool rug and it looks like it did when I first purchased it.

The Buffing Brothers did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets at my father's house in anticipation of his homecoming after surgery and rehab. He was literally stunned silent when he saw how much better the house looks, and he actually though I had gotten new carpet installed! These guys are fantastic and fun to work with, and I've already hired them again to do my own house. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!!!

This is a follow-up to the post for 2325 Fernwood Drive I posted for 04/22/2021 in which I gave a 2 star rating. I requested a refund of 300.00 for the 1311.00 job. Buffing Brothers have complied with my request and refunded my requested 300.00. So they did do this and deserve credit for being responsive and caring about their customers satisfaction.

Mr Elmore gave an estimate of $1,311.00 for what he described as a 2 day job. He and his workers were there less than one day and left the hardwood so dirty that we had to finish the job with a swiffer wet mop that got up all kinds of dirt. He did a better job with the tiled bathroom but the wood floors were not properly cleaned and although he promised a return visit to clean up some smelly closets, when we saw all the dirt he had left we just decided to finish the job ourselves, as our confidence in him was gone. In addition he collected the money ahead of time before the job was finished and won't return my texts asking for a partial refund. We have all the photos and texts necessary to back up this review. The pay was only required upfront as an agreement due to having no contact with anyone when the job was complete. Wax residue does come up with any type of cleaning. We automatically reserve two days for hardwood floors for the purpose of drying, staffing, and other factors. We agreed upon returning to resolve any issues; however, it is completely the customer's choice for us to do so. Our priority is our customers; therefore, a partial refund as requested will be processed within the next 7-10 days. Please send a mailing address to [email protected] so that we can send you a refund to the appropriate address; if not we will go by the address we have on file. We appreciate your feedback! Thank you!"

The work was phenomenal. Mr. Elmore and Mario did a fabulous job. Very professional, prompt. and they worked tirelessly and very focused on a 4,000 plus square foot space. They are the best. Mr. Elmore gave a fair quote and did everything he.promised.

It went very well. They exceeded my expectations. They were kind and professional. I had multiple stains on my carpet and most of them are gone. A couple remain but I don’t believe anyone could have removed them. Nevertheless, they worked hard trying to do something that was probably impossible. I loved their attitude and willingness to do their best. I would recommend them highly to another person needing to have carpets cleaned.

Wont go anywhere else again. Quickly got me a quote and scheduled appointment. Were onsite early and very attentive to the needs of my Restaurant. Extremely professional and courteous. Work was done correctly and above my satisfaction. Well worth the money that was spent. You can tell they are passionate about doing right by the customer.
