"Very poor quality ! Communication is awful no follow up . Finally just paid them because they kept sending the same incompetent crew out and them not knowing what to do or how to do job. The spindals and some deck boards has majors gaps at miters big enough to stick finger in. Loose rails and very poor work . Never did get the gates installed I was promised and they were very cheap looking. Just not happy with rails and gates at all. "

"Andrew at ARP just finished our new roof. It looks great. They installed the roof in two days and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. This never would’ve happened without Andrew’s help with our insurance company. They initially turned our claim down and suggested we only needed a couple of new shingles and not a whole roof. Andrew made it clear we did not have to accept that decision. Because of his knowledge we were able to re-approach the insurance company, have another inspection that showed that our damage was extensive enough, and that they had missed much of it in the 1 st inspection, to warrant them paying for a new roof. As with many people this is information we just don’t know. Andrew was thorough, knowledgeable and was there every step of the way. Comprehensive service from start to finish. "

"I paid jim and his employees to take care of a project from some storm damage. And they took my money, they come back. And done about an hour's worth of work, and it was nowhere near right? They act like they'd have never done this before. In their life, very shabby work. I requested my money back from Mr. Jim. And he tells me that he's already spent my money that he no longer has my money. And that he's sorry that he's just trying to get his business started. This man has never owned a business in his life. According to him, he's on social security disability and trying to put checks in everybody else's name. So look out for the crook. It is doing bad business in this county. I can't believe home. Advisor is letting him advertise with them. Soil, let us do not trust him. Prior experience, shabby work took my money. Never returned my money and messed my house up its costed me 6 times they money to fix my house back after letting this old dude wilork on my home this was a learning expe"
