"We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The install crew (Tim - Foreman, Trent, CJ and John) was very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. Tim returned a few days later to finish up after our electrical outlets were installed and to make sure everything was working properly. Our salesman Reid was also excellent to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions."

"Very professional and all-around decent guy. We started with Jospeh measuring, asking specifically what I wanted to be done to the 1/3 acre lawn area. He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years. He completed the other requests completed the job in roughly 6 hours. His price was an extreme surprise for the good. I will use him again when needed. I recommend his service 100%.
