He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years. He completed the other requests completed the job in roughly 6 hours. His price was an extreme surprise for the good. I will use him again when needed. I recommend his service 100%.
