"We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years.
