"It went perfectly. He showed us the product. When he installed the gutters, he suggested the guards, but we just weren't sure. He came back a few years later when we had a clogged gutter, he explained that the leaves were blocking the drain spout. We then agreed to get the guards installed. He even installed them at the same price he quoted us two years ago."

He sealed some problem areas and three boot pipes and took photos of the things he worked on, also noting other areas/issues that he figured I needed to be aware of. The recommendation (and estimate) for a new roof was appreciated and when I can afford it I will probably choose the company to do the work, but I don't anticipate that being anytime soon, unfortunately!
