When I called the company they said that they would have to excavate the ground for the pool. The day they arrived the excavator came and they excavated the hole in one day. No rocks just hard heavy clay soil. Due to rain and whether filling the hole every day we had to wait till the hole dried get the pool put in. "They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
