"we have had the windows and our patio door now for about 3 years and the quality of the product is very good, we have noticed a reduction in our utility bills and they function very well.  We did have one seal go bad a couple of weeks ago andf they came right out and replace the bas unit.  
The trim aroun the windows could be a little nicer and we had a unit that was not installed correctly, but over all we are happy with thye product.  The unit that was not installed correctly was recently fixed when we noticed it sagging; i guess the important thing is they stood behind their work.
