We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. Classic Wildlife Control told us it was possums and that they needed to trap them and remove them, close off the entry points, and remove the insulation and fumigate the space. Then install all new insulation.  The biggest part of the expense was scent and attractant removal and insulation.  I'm not sure that we had to do that extensive a job.  But it looks good now.  He was punctual and kept us informed about the process and progress."
