Placed order and paid in full in June 2020, due to Covid (per Window World) , a little set back in time, but to be expected during this difficult time. Windows were installed on October 1, 2020 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, professionalism, and service we received. Would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

Very well. They replaced all upstairs windows this time. We had Window World replace the downstairs windows last year. Eight windows upstairs. Seventeen windows downstairs last year.

They have always done a good job. This one took a little longer due to Covid. I was also told Id have to wait til they have another order in my area because I only needed 2 windows. I finally got them put in after a week or so and it looks great! Thank you window world

I love the windows installed and the price was great.

I built a new home and wanted windows that would not only be easy to take care of but would also match the style of the house I was building. I love my windows and would highly recommend for new construction or if someone needs to replace existing windows.

Did good work for the most part. Had a few of the window stripping on the inside come off multiple times on a couple of windows

We are very pleased with the service we received. Workmen were very professional and pleasant. Every day after. They finished they made sure to clean up. I would definitely recommend window world to anyone. Also our utility bills have actually decreased.

I am happy with the windows, but not necessarily the service that we received. On the first trip to install our windows, one of our den windows had been measured and ordered incorrectly. These measurements were done by Window World. We then had to wait another 4 weeks to get the replacement window in. When we took off work again, to be home for them to install this new window, the window was once again ORDERED WRONG! It has now been two weeks and we are still waiting for another window to come in, though we were told that it would be rushed and ready to be put in within a week. I was also not impressed with the mess that was left behind by the first installation crew. We spent a good hour cleaning up all of the mess that was left in the yard from the removal of our old windows. I would just assume that clean up of this would be included with the installation, but obviously now.

The windows fog up and I am very disappointed , will not recommend Window World to anyone.

we have had the windows and our patio door now for about 3 years and the quality of the product is very good, we have noticed a reduction in our utility bills and they function very well.  We did have one seal go bad a couple of weeks ago andf they came right out and replace the bas unit.  
The trim aroun the windows could be a little nicer and we had a unit that was not installed correctly, but over all we are happy with thye product.  The unit that was not installed correctly was recently fixed when we noticed it sagging; i guess the important thing is they stood behind their work.

Horrible from start to finish.  The salesman LIED ABOUT noise reduction!!!!!  Don't believe their ads!!!  First, the salesman missed measured three (3) windows, one which they didn't even bring out the first day they came to install the windows.  Second, two windows were not want was ordered.  That meant 5 windows had to be reordered making for a second trip out to install.   This went on from Sept-December.   Noise level is greater now than it was before.  I should had kept my old windows!   The salesman would not return calls to him and when he did he left very unprofessional messages on my answer machine, one telling me that "it was no big deal".  He left no number for me to call him back.  The local owner does not seem to be interested in dealing with customers.  A representative from the window manufacture came out, but he claims that the windows are working right and that he would leave it up to the owner.
They have had to replace to slashes, and some weather strips.  I checked the specs for their windows on their website and found that I was not told about choices available.  The bill of sale I got from the salesman was a bunch of BULL!  I do believe he did a bait and switch routine.  The specs of the higher grade window (which only cost $20 more) was more to want the salesman told me I would get, but he ordered and billed me for the lower grade windows.  Since he brought in no literature, I did not find this out until after the windows were installed and I started hearing all the traffic noise and other noises that I never heard before!  I have had 2 other inspectors here and several friends and family all can not believe the noise you can heard in my house now!

The windows appear to be worth what you pay for them but they are already getting loose after less than 1/2 of a years use.

I am pretty much happy with the windows.  I was not happy or impressed with the service from this company.  There were problems and issues that caused me great stress and difficulties which could have been avoided.  The owner was not customer friendly.

Went great, the two guys that did the install were very nice and did a great job.  They removed all windows and door and replaced them with new.

Very disappointed, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".The installer tried to get my husband to help him, install the windows??? Finally, the owner or boss came out and you can tell the guy was complaining that we was not going to help the installer. When the installer was finished, he handed us tubes of chaulk and walked away. We was lost, what in the world???I did not know that it was part of the deal to help the installer put new windwos in?I only had the front of my house done, and when I tried to get them to come back out to do the back end of my house....no return call. Also, they owed us money for buying windows to install oursevles...but added up the wrong rate...we are thinking they are avoiding paying back what was owed to us.Besides, the windows are cheap and I feel air coming through...noise is horrible. We ended up calling Champion Windows to do the back end of the house, so much better...a little more money but better quality.

Very nice! We've had work done twice at our house and Jim Sanders has worked with us both times. He worked all day to replace 10 windows in January, and will be replacing the last window in our house in a few weeks (we just decided that it needed replacing). He was great with kids, cleaned up after himself, was polite, got the job done in one day, and didn't need supervision in the house. I never felt unsafe while I was there with him. He also has been by the house once when we had some problems with one window and carefully explained what we had done wrong and fixed it. I believe he came on a holiday just to help us- a little two minute job. Jim was honest and diligent in his work. We look forward to him replacing our final window.
