  I am working with Renewal by Andersen of Knoxville to replace several doors from three rooms out to my balconies. Erik, the measure tech, came out to get the specific measurements of each of the door frames. He was very professional and efficient from the moment he arrived. I noticed how carefully he measured every dimension needed, even double-checking the measurements to ensure the new doors and door frames would be a perfect fit. Once he finished, he sat done and showed me computer renditions of how my doors will look, closed and opened, and verified that the hardware, paint colors, and glass tints were exactly what I ordered. Erik is a very friendly and mannerly young man. I am very confident that the installation of the finished doors and frames will go very smoothly and be exactly what I want. I am very impressed with the work ethics of both Brent, sales rep, and now Erik, measure tech. I am looking forward to enjoying lake views with my new doorsshow more

  This was my first experience with home renovations and I was quite nervous. I have to say, yes it is no fun to do a live in Reno, but they did an amazing job making us comfortable and working with us! My house before was boxed in and they helped take out a main support wall to give us an open concept as well as relocate our washer/dryer and build a bathroom from scratch. They also repaired our rotten exterior trim, replaced old siding and painted our exterior. Our house has never looked better!   We had a large, tiled half brick/half window walled sunroom we wanted to transform into a comfortable, safe playroom for our son. We also wanted to add an exterior door to the space which required him to remove a window, cut through a brick wall, frame the new doorway, create a threshold and install the new door and hardware. He framed, insulated, drywalled and trimmed out the interior brick walls, making them safe to play around.   We can’t say enough great things about McClains Painting, specifically our crew headed up by Jay and Skylar. Every single person worked hard, was professional, exceptionally skilled and goodness they worked long days in the heat! Our house is gorgeous now thanks to their efforts and Jay even helped us tweak our original plans when we were a little unsure, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We always make a point to hire good people, so I’m a little hard to impress, but these guys absolutely blew me away. Skylar came in and did some interior touch up for us and it all blends seamlessly and looked even better than when we had it painted originally. They made what we anticipated to be a long and disruptive project pain free and they got it done in what felt like record time.   Excellent! From start to finish. It began with the owner returning my phone call in less than 24 hours, which is highly unusual these days. An appointment for an estimate was scheduled quickly. Levi was friendly and professional during his visit as well as honest about the work needed for our job. Erin in the office provided exceptional customer service by working with us to accommodate our schedule to begin the project. Jay, team leader, was outstanding. He took the time needed to help us determine the correct paint colors matching our existing walls. He did a great job keeping the lines of communication open and ensuring I understood the process every step of the way. Skylar, Layten, and Jay did an amazing job!
