The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"Working with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. From the start, Mario has been dependable, skillful, thoughtful, thorough, neat, efficient, reliable, conscientious, kind, helpful and friendly, just to name a few of his standout qualities. He is a talented artist who takes pride in his work. During our initial meeting, he listened to our needs, made solid and cost-effective suggestions, and generally showed himself to be an experienced painter. He was prompt in providing us a written, detailed proposal. As work progressed, our confidence in Mario only grew. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. "Don’t use this company. They did a fireplace job for us that cost a LOT of money. Multiple stones fell off within months of the job. They replaced them with broken stones and, when confronted about it, Dave gaslit it us by saying “why don’t you like it?” His argument was that the broken stones worked just as well. He promised to come fix the job to our liking but disappeared after and never did. After six and a half months I finally texted him to forget about it."
