As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed.
