Great to work with and very fast and helpful throughout the entire process even when the flooring company shorted us by four boxes of flooring. They went and got the flooring for us and finished the project! Highly recommend!

I liked everything throughout the whole process. The quote, schedule and repair were all professionally completed. The work crew arrived on time, asked me to review repair on completion and cleaned up after the repair. Overall I was extremely satisfied.

All the staff did an amazing job! Everything was completed within a week of me going on Angi’s List (Getting estimates, set up work appointment and two days install) The installer Marvin did a beautiful job. We plan on using them again when we remodel other projects also!

We had some water damage from a broken refrigerator that caused damage to our existing wood floors. Saul and his team did an awesome job repairing the damaged area and matching the existing wood stain perfectly! Highly recommended.

Biding process was great. Several small issues during installation, but bathroom turn out beautiful. Largest issue was grout poured down toilet drain and they refused to rectify. Two independent plumbers confirmed the issue

"While we appreciate your feedback, we maintain this is simply untrue. We proved through photographs that we had the drain covered throughout the entire project and showed that this mortar in your drain was not grout. It was thinset left from the previous tile installation before us. Even so, we still helped you and covered half of the expense to have the issue rectified with the plumbers."

Footprints far exceeded my expectations. Their professional, customer service and workmanship is second to none. Gayle came to my home and took all the measurements. She was an absolute joy to work with. Jason , Greg, and Saul along with Miguel and his team made sure that I was pleased with every step of my LVP installation. I canâ t say enough good things about this awesome group of people. I highly recommend them.

Footprint floors did my tub surround and floor in my bathroom as well as replace my shower pan (with tile) in my other shower. They went above and beyond every time an issue came up. Itâ s an old house and I have high expectations but things happen. Walls donâ t look right behind the work that was done by the previous owner, etc. I appreciate their teams hard work. The grout looks amazing on my bathroom floor and Marvin was always there bright and early and stayed a full day to complete the tasks he started for the day. Greg and Saul were attentive and communicative the entire time and the owner even came by a few times to do some of the work himself. My only note is to keep an eye on your project along the way and be available if something comes up. I would absolutely hire them again!

These guys are awesome!! From the measurement day to the last day of demo and install, they were friendly, professional, and caring! My floor is beautiful! They obviously knew what they were doing and and how to handle any problem they ran into during demo and install! Very highly recommend them!!

We were recommended to Footprints Flooring by a friend who had her whole house refinishing (and it looked amazing). They did one room refinishing for us and it looks so beautiful. More importantly, they have great communication and are readily available. The staff were professional and all details were outlined from the beginning so there were no surprises. We will definitely use them again.

Saulâ s team at footprints did a wonderful job on our hardwood floors! We had some damage from crawlspace issues and were in a pinch to properly repair the floors quickly. Within a week, we received a quote and the team got to work. They even went out of their way to repair on the weekend. Saul worked with us on every unexpected hiccup and made the process easy.
