"If I could give them 10 stars I would. Owner fast tracked my work order due to a dangerous tree situation which best case would have ended up destroying my house, worse case would have killed all of us in it. They moved at lighting speed and they sure know what they are doing. 100 foot Hackberry tree came down with no issues although extremely close to our work sheet with not one scratch. The arborist Eric was extremely helpful pointing out other problem trees which they ended up taking most of them down. Crew was very respectful and extremely courteous. The bid price for the over all project was very very competitive. They operate super modern equipment between the trucks, chippers and stump grinders and catapillar there was probably 250 K worth of equipment parked in my driveway. They cleaned everything up in the yard moved all the debree including the walnuts from other trees as well as other wood which was extremely nice of them . They even grinded down the stumps although I told them that it was not necessary they did it anyway. Owners insurance rep will call you and will provide you with a copy of proof of insurance from the underwriter. They carry a very high liability which keeps you at ease in case something does happen. They also removed a tree next to me ac unit without incident and not a scratch. I gave each of the crew members a little lunch money. I deserved every penny of it and then some. The job they perform day in day out is extremely dangerous. All the trees they recommended taking down proofed to be rotten inside the stump which became evident after the trees had been removed. They made the right call on every single tree!!! I could not be more pleased with the job Highland Tree Service did on my property and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Job well done!!!!! "Tim Kramm and his sons felled three large trees around my house. One was a 95' Pine, another was a huge 4' diameter trunk Sycamore and the third was a triple trunked Sassafrass. They nicely cleared all of the branches and removed the stumps. Very safe procedures were used climbing & dropping a dozen 8' secondary trunk sections of the Pine tree. Excellent work!"
