"If you have ever shopped for replacement windows then you know the drill. Its a nightmare. They come out measure your windows then put on a demonstration of "thier" window and how great "thier" window as opposed to the competition. If thats not bad enough then there is the high pressure to sign a contract to by their window right then and there. Don't deal with companies that do this!
Must Do; One of the most important questions I did get to the ask them was how long from the time I order and pay for my windows will I get them; 6-8 weeks.
Suncastle Solutions sales girl came out to my home, sat down at my kitchen window and asked me what was it I was looking for in a window, what were my needs - I almost feel off the chair.
