When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous. Thank you to Roger Soto for making the effort to do the work with pride and effort. Just because it wasn’t a smooth process for me doesn’t mean the same for you. Things were not conducted to my expectations. This may not be how Amberstone does business or wants to be known to operate but this is what happened.
