My new countertops were installed yesterday. Stone World is a joy to work with. Their prices are completive. Their employees are professional & easy to work with. Their installers do great work. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with my experience with Stone World.  Had used them last year to install granite kitchen countertops and then again this year to install granite on my master bathroom vanities and tub surround.
I was especially pleased with the measurements and installation, the granite slabs fit perfectly on the vanities and the cutouts for the sinks and faucets were perfect.  They also installed the under-mount sinks and drilled holes on site for the faucets.
Highly recommend and will use again in the future.  Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff.
The installers were delayed and could not make the original install window, but they did call a couple times to update me on their arrival.  The installers took their time and did a professional job even though it was their last job of what was probably a long day for them.

For counter tops I went to a local granite stone place and it is called Stone World. I am extremely happy. It has a coating on it so for 15 years I don't have to worry about stains and all that stuff that you have to deal with ceramics which is why I didn't go with ceramic. That job went very well. Overall I would grade them definitely an 'A'. I would grade them 'A' on everything on the grading scale, absolutely.

Went and picked out piece with the help of Alicia (she actually found the perfect piece for us).  We only needed a small slab.  She marked up the area where it would be cut.  Installation went great and the back splash was cut so the veins flowed from the slab up to the back splash.  We love the look.  We got a clear vessel sink so it doesn't obstruct the view of the granite.  The granite usually comes with a free under mount white sink but would suggest using a clear vessel sink.  If your going to spend the money on granite you might as well not cut a large hole in it.  They drilled out the small holes for the faucet and sink.
Even though we had picked out the slab and had it marked up it was a long time before they came for actual installation (several weeks).  We used an exotic granite so yes it was expensive but well worth it.  A very unique look.

It was excellent! The sales team was great, and the installation team was great as well. They were very informative and they outlined the whole process from the front end, and answered any questions we had. They showed us around their yard, and showed us all the various slabs we could use. I got 3 quotes. They were not the cheapest, but they were all within $100 of each other.

Back splash did not fit but corrected the fit by in a couple of days with factory personal doing the installation.  End result was that the fit was excellent.

A pleasant experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable sales staff, took all the time we needed before deciding on the granite. Workers pulled multiple slabs from inventory for us to look at. Template was made less than two week after our visit to the showroom and the countertops were installed exactly one week later. Interactions with all employees was exceptional, this company and its employees truly understand and employ the concepts of customer service. I would highly recommend their products and services to others.

Lee and Ivan were great. Lee worked with me several times to arrange measurement dates. My husband and I did the kitchen remodel ourselves, and couldn't get to the point of measuring for the countertops as quickly as we had hoped. Ivan and his team did a wonderful job installing the countertop. I couldn't be more pleased.

Fast, friendly, efficient

We contracted the work through Lowe's Hardware of Franklin, Tennessee. The design center coordinated the picking of a new deeper sink and our desired faucet. Stone World arrived promptly, measured accurately and completed their tasks with excellence. Installer explained proper maintenance and cleaning for our new granite tops.
Once installed we had to contract a plumber to re-connect undersink pipes and garbage disposial unit. This is standard for counter top replacements. The installer will turn off water, and disconnect pipes, but does not reconnect them. We scheduled our plumber to do this work.
The counter top is beautiful.
Do contract with this company independently or through Lowe's if you want quality material and installation
Do contract with this company if you wish the job done right the first time.
Be careful to understand the differences in stone thickness before you order. Also beware that because stone is a product of nature the counter top will not look exactly like the sample at the store. But with Stone World it will be in the ball park. This is why seeing the stone before it is cut is important.
Estimates were very competitive.

They were very good. They were on time and answered all my questions. They did a great job. They were very reasonable in price.

Overall experience was wonderful. I contract Stone World through Warren Construction (another great company) and only have positive things to say about both companies. They were professional and punctual for my estimate and installation. Duan was great in in the showroom, helping pick out which granite to ultimately choose.

I would recommend Stone World to anyone looking for high quality work.
