When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

I had to have back surgery i have rods screws middle plate in my back and I cannot get down to crawl under the porch to put the underpinning back so when it gets cold enough for "
