He made sure we understood every detail and pointed out that we had hail damage which I would have missed entirely. Once he pointed it out, it was obvious. He even helped us file the insurance claim. I hate abusive business practices on either side and Joe was completely fair to us and the insurance company. The office staff was very friendly over the phone and the craftsmen were competent, fast and friendly. All concerned showed up when they said they would and finished the job in a more then reasonable time frame. I would hire this company again. Mr. Roof may not have been the least expensive but they were the right choice for us from a standpoint of quality, professional service and honesty. Mr. Roof is a good value!
