He installed LVP flooring, removed old trim and replaced with custom trim. He even built extra deep window sills for plants! He also built a beautiful shiplap bar front. All at a great price. "A home is the most expensive item a family is ever likely to purchase. And the purchasing of a twenty-year-old house is likely to be filled with even more expensive surprises. In January of 2022, we had our expensive surprise as a midnight torrential downpour left one giant swimming pool of a puddle in our backyard lanai. In fact, we were so happy with their work, we hired M. Perez Pavers re-cement our driveway edges, which, due to twenty years of usage and weather conditions had cracked and weakened in many places along the edges of our driveway.
