"Excellent. Highly recommend Brett Lamley of all pro builders. Honest, reasonable prices, exquisite attention to detail and very punctual. He is also a a very neat contractor. Such jobs require removal of old before installing new. We all should expect our home to be messy during such renovations but Brett spent extra time to vacuum and clean every speck of dust or dirt that may have been tracked in during working hours. Ive had many homes remodeled in 3 different states and Mr lamley is by and the best contractor I ve ever had. He has a great eye for design and was able to understand my wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted for my unusual mountain home. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. . Not only were the plans incomplete but the City Plan Reviewer states(The Worst plans he’s ever seen) they will not make adjustments unless there is an additional charge for Thousands. Evaluation’s saved my clients and drew our project per code, along with Engineering in less time then they quoted. I highly recommended them, Especially Kirsten.
