Then, he converted a storage closet into a full bathroom by bringing plumbing up into our top floor. "We were acquainted with the product before we decided to purchase and the appeal for us was the ease in replacing our worn counter tops without a huge construction job.. Salesman was very knowledgable and low pressure, along with being patient while we made our final choice of color. Worker came out the following week and spent about 2 hours making a template and figuring out how to make the extended bar top align with the counter ends. A week later, he and a co-worker showed up promptly at 8 AM and remained there until the job was completed by 5 PM. Having the same worker do the install (as the measurements/template) made it easier as he was totally familiar with the job. Ours was not the easiest to do.
Overall the job went very well.....the only caveat being the seam could not be located where the salesman drew it on his preliminary sketch. Hence, it's longer than I would like, but well hidden.
We love the look and yes, it is a different look from slab granite, but quite attractive with less maintenance. The Nashville TN franchise is run very well and a pleasure to do business with. They were timely and have a very capable crew working for them.
