"Mr. Howard and his employees did a great job. They had a big job due to the massive roots growing in my old clay pipes from the house to the city connection. They showed up when we scheduled, completed the job, got the inspection and all permits required. They were patient in explaining everything they were doing (cause I had a lot of questions). "They (Jeff and Joe) arrived early in the day, earlier than I had hoped for. And attempted to unclog the drain from within the wash room. That did not work.



He informed he could attempt to unclog the drain from the vent stack to the washer but that the agreement with AHS would not cover that cost. He told me it would ne and additional $225.00, but that if he was unable to unclog the drain it would not cost me anything. I agreed to that. They worked around three hours and were eventually successful in unclogging the drain, very happy with the results, worth the cost.

"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well."
