He purchased needed materials at a reasonable cost, set date and time to do the work, and was on the job at the set time. The work was completed that day to my satisfaction. The site was cleaned up, all tools, etc packed up and no trash left around my home. Grout looks matched, and neat and hard to close doors now close easily. His company offers a variety of home repairs and services."

"John and his team were excellent from the first conversation to the install. He explained all the options and cost breakdown clearly and worked to ensure we were confident with our decision. He is VERY responsive and his team did an amazing job on the installation. They were timely, courteous and went out of their way to ensure every part of the install was to our expectations. They also cleaned up and ensured our space was spotless before they left. This was an excellent experience and we couldn't be happier with the piece of mind they provided at a great price. "If I could give less than a 1 star I would, I would give 0 stars. Came the first day late. I paid the agreed upon fee. Kelly stated he would come back again for free if I had more stuff to pick up. When I called for second pick up, he picked up a few bags from the pile and took the money I paid him, but never returned to take the rest of the trash. I would not recommend his services. He is unprofessional and takes money but does not perform the service. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATED AS OF 09/23/2021: Update to my recent review. Kelly did come back and finish the job he had been paid for. If he had of communicated with me the reasons he had not finished the job, I would have understood and not written a poor review. The company needs to work on professionalism and communication. In the end they did the job they agreed to do."
