We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers' needs. It is our mission to provide excellent customer service from start to completion of a project. To understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a personal and professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large, or small, the job.

"I hired Brian to remodel my bathroom and laundry room. His quote was slightly lower than others, and he seemed trustworthy. He repeatedly assured me we were on schedule, so I didn?t question short workdays, missing crew, or added tasks. In the final week, it became clear the project was behind and over budget. Despite asking multiple times, the water heater wasn?t installed. Instead, time was wasted installing a vanity that had to be removed anyway. He promised to return the next week to install the water heater but didn?t show. When he finally did, it was just to collect more money and retrieve his work lights. We had to install the water heater ourselves. The work done has issues: blistered drywall, a creaky shower, uneven flooring, among others. I was also promised an itemized invoice that never came. If you choose to hire him, get all promises in writing and request detailed cost breakdowns. I ultimately felt misled and taken advantage of."

"Despite wet weather and a steep slope, Hunter and helper got it done. Lowest bid by far. Yard is cleaner that I thought possible, and they bunched the usable firewood where I can get at it to cut and split. Lots of big, old trees here, and I will call them first."

"Tried to be reasonable and patient with his work. Pad was out of square from the start, the method to "fix" the issue was one in his best interest; not mine. Once the concrete addition was completed, he never came back to finish the expansion join cuts. Contacted him several times. Very disappointed in his work and professionalism"

Excavating questions, answered by experts

Depth is not a qualifying component of evacuation. Any human-made cut, cavity, or depression in the earth’s surface is considered excavation. The hole from excavation can be any size, shape, or depth. Excavation is used to create foundations, reservoirs, drainage ditches, and roads. Long, narrow excavations are called trenches and are often used for underground utilities.

The rules and regulations regarding groundwater use vary between states. To find out if you can dig a well on your property, you’ll have to consult these regulations, address any compliance requirements, and get the appropriate permits. It’s also important to check that your intended location has the right geology and water table to support a well.

The answer may vary based on where you live. Residential sewer lines are generally buried 5 feet to 6 feet under the ground. However, it's not uncommon to see pipes buried as deep as 8 feet in colder climates in order to ensure that piping is placed below the freeze line. Digging depth could impact your sewer line replacement cost.

Trenching is not the same as boring. Boring uses a drill to make a tunnel for underground utilities, but trenching involves digging with an excavator, trencher, backhoe, or shovel. Boring is more precise and expensive, and it’s best for installing utilities underneath buildings, roads, and bodies of water. Trenching is simpler but can cause more disruption to landscaping and ecosystems.

The depth of a septic tank’s drain lines is between 18 and 36 inches underground. These pipes are filled with perforations and surrounded by sand, gravel, or a combination of both, as both materials help filter wastewater. While some pipes are buried closer to the surface, this can create problems unless the soil is compact and doesn’t shift much.
