"Great Customer!!! Did not have to worry about funding and was very easy to work with. Hope to do more work for them in the future!"
I have used Mr. Goulds services on numerous and various projects over the past 20 years. From framing to trim carpentry, remodeling to home additions.
He is the only subcontractor that I would use if my project required me to be in my customers home and I could not be with them 100% of the time. I have the upmost level of trust in Mr. Goulds.
I rated Mr. Goulds price as Excellent, however I know you can always find someone that would do the job cheaper. Save yourself alot of time and aggravation. His professionalism and the quality of his work is second to none.
As the old saying goes, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"
"I have done many jobs for other contractors and wish they were all like [Member name removed]. Couldn't ask for anyone easier to work with than them!"
"Another Wonderful Customer! Hope to do more work for them in the future!!!"
"[member name removed] is a very good friend and equally as good to work with!"
"I always ask ALL my customers if there is anything they are not satisfied with. Upon leaving [member name removed]'s job I ask her and her husband the same questions. They told me nothing less than that they were satisfied. I know of nothing that was left undone. If there had been all it would have taken was a phone call from them and I would have promptly taken care of it without question. When I saw their negative review on Angie's List I called and asked them what they had to finish that I left undone and [member name removed] told me a receptacle cover had been left off in the attic. WOW! From my view point their negative review was unjust. I left the job very clean each day. When my tile man built the seat in their tile shower smaller than [member name removed] requested I made him tear it out and re-do it. Not at [membern ame removed] request - at mine. I strive to please each and every customer and [member name removed] was no different. If their was any dissatisfaction for the job they should have brought it to my attention at the end of the job. I feel like their review was less than complete and not justified. We are trustworthy people to be in homes! We keep our jobs safe and clean each day. We are not perfect but we don't miss much. We are always available for any complaints which to be honest we don't get much of that at all. If the [member name removed] had any justifiable complaint it should have been brought to my attention. They could have at least done that. Why not? I was available. Truthfully, I don't think they had any reason not to me 100% satisfied and by giving what I deem a negative review to Angie's List they could possibly do a disservice to my business. And why would they say "No" for rehire? I would love to know that. If they were not satisfied they should have withheld final payment until they were. Bottom line is I think they must be the kind of people that is going to try to find something negative no matter how minor what they find may be. Their review in my view point is unjust and incomplete and Angie's List should confirm each listing before posting it!"
"My overall rating for (removed member name) as a customer was A+ in all categories!!!"
