40 Very poor quality installation, damages to property, leakage around lights, very poor concrete finish work, we tried countless times to get a manager to at least come look at it, never even attempted to come out. I have photos and messages to prove this. If they will fix the problems, I will...
The concrete work is great. My neighbors have commented on how good it looks. Even one of the sub-contractors working on the house being built next door remarked on the quality of the work I had done. I couldn't be more pleased.
Chase and Jacob came to my home to do the install. It was very professional and they made sure to protect my rugs, etc. I had noticed it was taking a little long, but they ran into a problem. My house is on a slab and apparently the concrete had cracked or something and they couldn't get it...
It went great from start to finish. We had used Gary before so we weren't surprised that he did great!
The floors were sanded and finished. The crew worked very well with us and our schedule to get us back into the house as soon as possible.
