"The customer was told in detail how the project would happen. Signed two separate contracts, one for concrete work and one for decorative work. A customer brought a warped 2x4 out and laid it on the concrete and made a comment about the concrete is uneven. Showed him the board was warped and turned the hose on to allow the water to run for a little bit to see if it was running off the way it should and it was. The customer was present during this time and seen that the concrete was even and water was running off as it should. It was explained to the customer that we had to wait 30 days in between both jobs due to the concrete needing to sit and cure. He was okay with that. He spoke to the assistant several times during the time frame and never once had a complaint about the completed concrete job. He signed off on a sign-off sheet stating he walked around and inspected the completed work. He was happy with the work that was already completed. He became very overbearing, fussy, and demanding. We told him we found it best that he went with another contractor. He had no issues with the completed work prior to being told we no longer wanted to work with him. We have before and after pics of the concrete work that was completed."
