"From the moment that Alan came to our home to look at the job through completion we were impressed. He explained all the different options that we re available to us for a bathtub conversion to a walk in shower and quoted us a price for doing some ceiling fans and installing 2 storm doors. He was clear on the timeframe to start and how long it would take. Several days later I asked for a quote on removing all the old flooring and installing all new vinyl plank in the whole house. His price was again the lowest but beyond that his explanation of how he would do it and the timeline needed. We closed on the house February 3rd and met Alan that day explaining we needed to move in March 15th. Alan began the job 2 weeks later advising he would be be done by March 11th. Even after us adding some additional odd jobs and us causing 2 days lost due to driveway repairs and improvements Alan was done on time. He delivered on everything promised with high quality work in an extremely professional manner. We could not be happier with everything he did. Many times a contractor is selected based on price but Heartland not only had the best (by far) price the workmanship was like none that we have ever had before from someone I was not already familiar with. "Had to have water remediation due to a broken pipe. Water damaged the existing vapor barrier. Insurance company recommended we contact a large/national company for repair. AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. AFS insured that they â kept us in the loopâ with phone calls and/or text messages. We are very happy with the encapsulation. Would definitely recommend AFS Dash Knoxville to anyone, looking to encapsulate their crawlspace/basement."

"At first I was ready to drop them and find another company as I was promised that my new windows would be installed by October 2021 December came around and no windows. I had called the production manager several times and got no response. Then I called the salesman and he stated that he no longer worked for the company and that he had left due to lack of communication from the manager however he would pass the word around and see what he could find out. Then I had called again in January and they were waiting for delivery from the manufacturer. At that time I was also informed that the manager had been let go and that the sales person had taken over the position. Window came in in February and I was informed that they were in and that the installation crew had been notified and that they would call me and set an appointment. The crew called and set the appointment for March 10th. On March 10th they showed up and explained to me what they would do and went to work. It took 3 days instead of 2 to complete the job due to having mixed matched windows currently in the home and some took more work than others. When the work was completed all the windows looked like original installation and things were great and the new manager came out the next day to make sure that everything was OK and that I was satisfied with the job. So I would now recommend them to people looking to have improvements to their home now remodeling does a great job"
