I've recommended them to friends, if they ever need help.
These people were awesome, all the way through the process. Office and service was an uplifting experience.
"[Member Name Removed} I really appreciate the review on Angie's List. It's always easy to second guess your decisions after a purchase, but I'd like to ease your mind and let you know that the profit was minimal on that job for all the labor charge and the supplies purchased that are underneath your home. Replacing existing ductwork is one of those jobs nobody wants to do, crawling around in somebody's crawlspace sweating or freezing with old dry rotted insulation powdering off in your face and stuck all to your skin. It's no fun and requires a little bit more labor cost to get the job done correctly. And I say correctly because I personally have seen duct work that I would not paid a cent for. We make sure the job is done absolutely correctly and sometimes that process is a little quicker or a little longer than estimated, and that sorta depends on the guys that are sealing up the ductwork because we seal each duct end with 3 different methods. Accessibility to each end determines most of the length of time under there. Laborers are paid well to make certain that everything is on tight and sealed properly so that you don't lose efficiencies and suck up dirty crawl space air into your home. It's difficult for consumers to appreciate replacing ductwork because they can't see it all the time. I know you must be happy as you did come back and purchase an annual maintenance agreement on your heating unit. I just want you to rest easy. We will always quote for a job done right, were some others may try to save you money by doing a job halfway in hopes of getting some $ now and maybe more later when your in bed with them. We just don't have that type of attitude and just will not take a job that doesn't have room in the margin to do the job correctly. We prefer to do a job properly the first time so you can have a great experience with our company."
They responded quickly to our phone call. They were professional and gave us an estimate to do the work saying it could be completed in about 2 days. It ended up taking only part of one day. We regret not getting another estimate for the job to assure that we didn't pay more than we needed to.
He called when he was getting the part to let me know when to expect him. Again he was on time. The parts were installed, he let the unit run long enough to ensure everything was working properly.
I had priced the parts online and was surprised how reasonably priced the repair was. I won't hesitate to use Climatize for my maintenance and repair needs in the future.
"Thank You [name removed], We are extremely pleased that you left a review about our company. We are always thankful for our clients who leave honest reviews and we are most appreciative for the time you took to do so!"
