They called promptly, set up a time to come out, showed up on time and completed the project.

Our HVAC system is an odd design as its an old house. When the system needed replacing, we got multiple estimates.. Climatize is the only company that not only did their homework to get familiar with the odd component before providing their proposal, they also didn't over-engineer the proposal (meaning they didn't propose a fancier system than we really needed). The installation was a challenge due to an attic component but the team worked hard and did the job well. Cleaned up afterwards, as well. We were very pleased with the company and the work. They fixed a mis-configuration promptly and at no charge. Communications with them was good throughout the process.

Climatize brought us a new package system on Monday and even replaced the gas line to go with it. They were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They didn't take advantage of our situation, and they genuinely cared that everything worked right. I've recommended them to friends, if they ever need help. These people were awesome, all the way through the process. Office and service was an uplifting experience.

He did as promised would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to others. It took several days to install both air and a gas furnace. Had him install air purifier and humidifier . Good work and professional

They responded quickly to our phone call. They were professional and gave us an estimate to do the work saying it could be completed in about 2 days. It ended up taking only part of one day. We regret not getting another estimate for the job to assure that we didn't pay more than we needed to.

I called on Sunday night and left message on answering machine. Call was promptly returned and the owner offered to come out immediately. Since it was not a cold night, and I was able to keep comfortable with a fireplace and space heaters, I just requested he come the following morning. He said he would be there between 8-9 AM. He arrived as promised. Very professional appearance and work. Problem was diagnosed within minutes and repair was started. He didn't have the correct part to make the repair, but promised he go get the parts and return as quick as possible. He called when he was getting the part to let me know when to expect him. Again he was on time. The parts were installed, he let the unit run long enough to ensure everything was working properly. I had priced the parts online and was surprised how reasonably priced the repair was. I won't hesitate to use Climatize for my maintenance and repair needs in the future.

My AC system was down and it was very late at night around midnight. I was impressed that they showed up fast it was kind of a big job and I figured they would need to reschedule for morning but they fixed the problem right there and all for a reasonable price. Really impressed!
