"We hired Phillip Ingram Excavating to rebuild a retaining wall of railroad ties. The wall was 7' x 36'. The job was done in a timely manner (less than a month) Then old ties were removed and a new wall of railroad ties was constructed. The new wall was a 100% improvement over the old wall. Drainage conduits were installed, stabilizing ties were installed along with a deep bed of gravel to provide adequate drainage. The yard was then landscaped and seeded. The cost was extremely reasonable. We would hire Mr. Ingram again in a heart beat. His crew is very professional and knowledgeable. Much better than what I expected, way more."
