"Today was the one year post-install re-inspection and according to Emmett, all is well! I hired AFS a year ago to add pier pins below one side of our basement wall and add a custom drain and pump system to the opposite wall. I liked their pricing better than other quotes, and they delivered on-time, on-budget, and were a pleasure to work with throughout all meetings. Good to have a competent, service-minded company for handling major repairs."
