Quality door installed but workers left before testing the door lock, which did not work. Worker Tim's voice mail was full so could not reach him. Bill Wilson responded promptly and fixed the lock. Tim and assistant left much dirt and grit on floor which had to be removed on hands & knees. Will rethink having them replace a second door

He was open to my input, and we came up with good locations for outdoor outlets, which I supplied, and he installed them quite efficiently. He installed a new kitchen light I had bought, a new outlet in the storage area, and replaced the HVAC fuse box with one having switches, which he supplied. He even advised me on which of my screws and drill bits to use in hanging a door knocker on the other side of the wall from a light switch. If I have additional electrical projects, I will request that Chris do them. I am VERY pleased with his work and respect for me and my home

We had some light switches that needed replacing. My husband attempted the task, but somehow manged to knock the power out to the entire room. I called Lee Company at 8:15am Monday morning and had a licensed electrician, Bill, at my front door at 2:45pm the same day. Overall we were very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend SES to anyone who needs their services. The original time frame didn't work out, but that was mainly because of extra work that was necessary. They could not have known what extra work would be needed until the floor and walls were torn out. They worked hard to get the job done, and the result is beautiful. They also came out on very short notice to repair an unrelated roof issue. I feel that I can depend on them to get any job done around my house, and I feel that the price was fair for what they did. also, they cleaned up after the job was done, and my wife and I were very pleased with the experience

"Adam installed a pet door for us. Doesn't sound like a big deal, right? Actually, it is a pretty big deal to do. First of all, the door where the doggy door needed to go was double-glazed glass with metal grids between the glass panes, and the door is steel-clad. Second, our dog is a Great Pyrenees and 30 inches tall at the shoulder - she's a giant dog and needs literally a giant-sized doggy door. Adam was an excellent communicator during the entire process of ordering the right parts and coming to the house to perform the installation. He was on time and did a professional job. "Excellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. I really appreciated the care and thought that was put into making sure that we were on the same page about the work to be done. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. All this before I even got the quote! I hired them, and I am beyond satisfied with the work and the service. Carter and his team showed up to do the work, and it was clear that Russ had communicated the job clearly to the team, and i didn't even need to speak to Russ after that. Carter did a great job, kept me updated on the progress, and they showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of the interior of our home, keeping things clean. They did a terrific job on the foundation and replaced the entire vapor barrier. On top of it all, they removed the old jacks and some old rusted steal pipes that the previous owner left in our crawlspace. I didn't ask them to, but it was clearly trash, and they offered to remove it, which was above and beyond. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way.
