Dale hit it out of the park again! I added an attached wood carport 20 by 16 feet to my house. Dale was professional, walked me through the process and what materials would be best. It was completed in four hours! Their attention to detail and quality was outstanding. This is my second project with Dale and it will not be the last. I highly recommend his work!

I had bedroom doors hung on existing frames. He did a great job lining everything up and making sure they fit. Would definitely hire again.

Mr. Dale Andrews was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and completed my project quickly and thoroughly. He repaired some deteriorating wood around two large windows and weatherproofed a front door that had dropped significantly. He was congenial and friendly and quite easy to work with.

We used this craftman because he was recommended by Angi. This craftsnan has knowledge but lacks the attention to detail to produce a high quality finish that would be expected in an high quality home. We have custom arch ways in our home. We were adding a pocket door to the bonus room and he altered the doorway by using untreated, unprimed wood which is visually unappealing and even after painting is rough enough to splinter. Primed door jambs were available from the local home improvement store but were not used for some reason. He set the lock upside down, had to redo it and gouged the wood and the lock was set crooked. The door used appears to be too narrow and a make shift ply wood jamb was added without advising us. Visible surfaces were left unpainted. We have a door but it doesnt close all the way and has too much space at the bottom and it is unsightly in my otherwise immaculate home, very disappointed.

Dale was exceptionally knowledgeable with our problems and concerns of our rotting wood-framed window. He responded quickly and was able to come the next day to provide us options and obtain measurements of the window in order to provide an appropriate quote for each option. The quote came back within a day or two and was reasonable. As soon as the ordered window came in, he brought it by to replace it. The whole replacement took him only one afternoon and he even went to the local hardware store with some paint chips to match the exterior paint and then painted the new window frame and trim around it to match. Dale offers great service in a friendly, trust-worthy manner.

Dale seemed to be meticulous with our odd sized sliding glass doors and screen repair... A couple things that were of concern... several times he was quite late which threw off our schedules. He brought dirty screens/doors back and forth in the house and never cleaned up... lots of dead bugs in the house. The door tracks were never cleaned. Full of dead ladybugs and stinkbugs. So, we were confused as to how he could properly align things if the tracks were left dirty. A small vacuum would have been a good thing. But I did the cleaning before and after him because I knew he wouldn't do it. Also, one of our small sliding windows we were told we would have to deal with it because the rubber was warped. Huh? We hired him to fix our problems. Lastly, he was really pricey and here's the part that really was unprofessional... he didn't finish the job. We had issues with the doors still not closing properly and gaps in closing. He came back out to repair and they still weren't right. So... he was going to come back and rectify this but the last we heard he told us he was going on vacation and WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. He left us with sliding glass doors that still aren't great. I would understand this if we were not polite or didn't pay him... but we paid quite a lot and this really slapped as unprofessional. He left us hanging. Super disappointed.

Dale Andrews was the only professional who would take on the job of replacing a large door transom. Others came to look and virtually ran away including my builder. Dale assessed the job, willingly took it on, was meticulous and expert at what he did. When he was done, the custom trim that he removed and reinstalled did not have a scratch and it was impossible to tell he had worked so carefully replacing glass and finishing the reinstall. It took all day but he charged a fair price. In fact, with the quality of his work, whatever he charged would be well worth it. No need to call anyone else. Just start with Dale.
