I am a owner/operator business. Although my passion is custom tile showers there is a very wide range of services i provide. Such as all types of: flooring, roofing, exterior siding, water drainage, plumbing, landscaping, pool maintenance, hedge triming, fencing, concrete, stone, electrical, dirt work, operate any heavy equipment, carpentry, weilding. I have been in construction work since i was a child, my grandfather was a home builder and taught me most everything i know. I am a perfectionist, i cant sleep at night knowing i cut a corner earlier that day. With that said, good work doesnt come cheap,but at the end of the job my main concern is the customers overall satisfaction!

"I cannot recommend Surfacescapes. They put an epoxy floor in my garage which failed 3 times (top coat peeled) -- each time they blamed us for using "harsh chemicals" to clean it and allowing the dog to urinate on it. (We used soap and water to clean it and the dog urinated on it half a dozen times) Prior to hiring Surfacescapes, the owner, Gene White, assured us that epoxy could withstand anything -- even dog urine. Finally, after many months of haggling with Mr. White, I contacted the manufacturer of the product and they agreed that the product had been applied incorrectly. As a result, Mr. White agreed to redo it a fourth time. However, he then went back on his word because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He then blocked our phone numbers and refused to answer emails. His behavior and communications were extremely unprofessional -- even childlike. His workers are not well trained and my guess is that Mr. White (Surfacescapes) has serious cash flow problems - why else would he bicker over a $2500 contract? I would think long and hard before doing business with Mr. White and Surfacescapes if you value quality work and prefer to do business with companies that respect their customers."
