The business answered their phone calls and came out and took care of Moma skunk and babies under my house and one opossum that was going under house. The fixed what skunk had torn up under house and cleaned up the nest. The animals were carried away to woods safe from people.
M&M did a very good job and cleaned up the area after the tree was removed. They called in advance and made sure the area was dry enough to remove the tree without damaging the property. They were on time and very professional.

"I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."
