The service was through, timely, reasonably priced, and professional.

I am a handicapped grandmother and I was unable to go under the house to set out several boxes of d-con. I decided to add spraying under the house at an additional charge and asked him if he could set the mice bate out while he was under there and he said he could. This act of kindness took maybe 5 extra minutes. She said this took 15 to20 minutes that she was losing money on. I told her that he wasn't even under there 20 minutes. She indicated that I could pay extra for that service or purchase bate from her at a considerably higher cost. We were on the phone for around an hour and I was very upset by the time we hung up. This fall I contacted All Star Pest Control and explained what I wanted and the price was the same so I had them come out and they did a very good job.They also did my detached garage that Central said that I would have to pay an extra $20 for because it had an extra wall that an attached garage did not have. Setting the d-con out is a priceless customer service that Central doesn't seem to get. It cost them a twice a year customer.

I've been using them for two years. I pay $75 per quarter. If I have any trouble in between times, they will come back out.  All their staff has been very friendly and very nice.

I was completely satisfied with the price. They did an excellent job. The overall experience was excellent. They were professional, responsive, and punctual. I would use this provider again.

Their work has been satisfactory, and we haven’t had any issues with them at all.  Their price is fair, and they have been good and responsive.  They charge $75 for spraying.  When we had the foundation treated it was $150.  You have to have the foundation treated before you lay your concrete because termites are a problem in Tennessee.  We would recommend them, and we would use them again in the future.

Performed all of the tasks in a very efficient and complete manner. The exterminator even took care of removing a bird's nest from the down-spout outside and he used spray-foam to seal off an opening in the crawl space. Very happy with the service!
