"I had an appointment to look at the job on a Tuesday afternoon and got the estimate within a day or so.  On Friday afternoon I was to meet with Allen to pick tiles for the bathroom and backsplash but he called at 8 :30 am and said that if i could meet him that morning, they could get started immediately.  We met at 11 and by the time I returned from work in the evening the old floor and toilet were gone, the door was fixed and rehung, and the materials were in the garage.  They came back Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to lay tile and grout and it was all done.   They even fixed a leaky toilet flapper in the main floor powder room.  They were very friendly and helpful and the bill ended up almost spot on to the estimate.  I am very pleased!
