"Sales person came out showed me what all they would do. I mentioned a tree on property line and he said no problem they would build fence around tree. Fence put in and fence was built right up against tree. Contacted company and response was nothing they could do because there was not a tree mentioned in the contract I signed and the sales person was no longer with the company. I showed them text messages where sakes person said tree would not be an issue and they could build fence around tree. Response was still nothing they could do. They did agree to send someone out to finish putting nails in boards at the tree since nails in boards was actually in the contract. Someone came out during the week and nailed one board completely but left the board right next to that one with nails missing. Contacted the company several times about the second board not being nailed but no response. I also showed the salesperson the sprinkler piping and for them to watch out for the pipes and he said that would not be a problem. When sprinkler system was put in service this season there were at least 4 broken pipes from the fence installation. I have not mentioned that yo the company because response will be the sprinkler system is not in the contract. My advice is to stay away from this company but if you decide to go with their low ball bids, like I did, make sure to read the contract fully and be sure everything they need to do to complete the job they should do is in the contract. They cannot be trusted to do a good job if it’s not in writing."

"We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"

The job took a little longer because the weather was absolutely horrible and worked against us every chance it could. Mr. Doss was at our home with every break in the weather. I even added on a few requests which he accommodated without hesitation. The finished product is amazing. We and our dogs couldn’t be happier!"
