"We hired G.T. Construction (Guy Thurlo & crew) simply to spray paint a bathroom popcorn ceiling, however the work was done so well, that we asked for an estimate on sanding and painting our back deck. The teams' work was so professional that we hired them AGAIN, and we couldn't be more pleased with the time, energy & professionalism that they gave us! (And yes, our deck looks WONDERFUL!) Apply drywall primer, especially if you’re skim-coating an entire wall. Apply the right type of drywall mud over the surface and smooth it with a trowel. Allow the layer to cure fully, then sand it before applying another layer or painting it.
