"I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

Gary was coming out the next day to hook up the sinks, but walked me through what to do so that the counters would be installed and I wouldn't have to wait. That was amazing customer service. "We had Arty out previously to our home to repair some leaking vanity faucets that had been installed by another plumbing company, which he fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost.  Two days before we were to have the final walk-through in a home we were selling we found out that our washer could not be moved because of stripped valve connections.  My husband contacted Arty by phone who advised us what to do to correct the problem.  When that failed, he called him back and I'm sure Arty gave at least another 20 minutes of his time discussing the problem with my husband.  It was decided that he needed to come out, which he did on a Saturday afternoon, and repaired the problem after making a trip to Home Depot to get the correct parts.  Our washer was moved without incident, and the walk-through went great the next day.
For the second time, Arty did a great job for us, along with a great attitude and professionalism.  I hope we don't need a plumber in our new home, but if we do, we know who to call.
