"Lorenzo did an outstanding job not only cleaning our chimney, but also providing a thorough inspection and clear explanation of everything he found. He covered all the details and explained why certain follow-up work is important to help prevent a chimney fire. We’ll be having The Chimney Guys back soon for the protective chimney coating (I may be forgetting the exact term, but essentially it makes the chimney safer). "Tech did a great job of cleaning and testing the equipment. However, a
piece of equipment that was tested was found to be faulty about a month
later. Though I had to pay for the service call and to have the part
replaced the tech refunded the price of the inspection and discounted
the part cost. This said I think the first tech DID do his job and WELL
but the part just failed. I was impressed that the company stood behind
their "your heating/cooling system will run well after tune up
guarantee". Additionally, both times techs came to the house they were
profession and courteous and explained everything they were doing and
answered all questions knowledgeably. It was great to interact with
true HVAC Professionals.

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."
