"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Seldom do you get more than expected from a contractor but we did. Helping us navigate through the insurance process to the replacement of the roof we couldnâ  t be more pleased. A Veteran owned and operated business where your word and actions are part of your beliefs makes them head and shoulders above the other contractors. The follow up after the job was completed was great. Itâ  s a comfort knowing you have someone honest and dependable available for whatever projects may show up in the future. We canâ  t say enough good things and highly recommend them."

"Very professional, yet friendly and polite. Made sure entire work areas were clean before they left. Moved furniture as needed. Overall a great experience and I will be hiring them again in the future for other projects that I need done in a timely/professional manner. My friends and family are VERY impressed and have been given contact information. This is the first time I have hired outside my family for a project to be done and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Communication between us was excellent and that is very important. I would recommend them to anyone for polite, professional results!!"

"Fantastic services. Every request has been met with prompt response and quick turnaround times. The eye for detail and incredible care for quality is exactly what we ask for. I have never been dissatisfied with the services, and I’ve never had a more reliable contractor, which is saying something considering the amount of contractor’s I’ve used."

Window Door Contractors questions, answered by experts

Screen doors have a positive ROI because of their safety features. They add protection from debris, critters, and, depending on the material, even heat. However, storm doors are better than screen doors when it comes to overall protection.

There are different types of screen materials available when purchasing a screen door, but the two main options are fiberglass and aluminum. Fiberglass is lightweight and affordable, but can stretch out, so it needs to be replaced more often. Aluminum has a higher upfront cost, but is more sturdy. Aluminum can be more difficult to install, even if you know how to replace screen door mesh.

Professionals clean window screens the same way a homeowner can—by removing the screens and cleaning them with a sponge. A window cleaning pro may come with better equipment, like a high powered wet/dry vacuum or pressure washer to speed up the process and achieve a deeper clean.

Window screens are available in several standard sizes. Common dimensions include 24 to 36 inches wide by 36 to 48 inches tall, as well as sizes like 18 by 14 inches and 20 by 20 inches. These often correspond to standard window sizes, such as 2 feet wide by 3 feet tall or 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall. Screens are also sold in replacement rolls to accommodate various dimensions. It is always best to measure your windows for accuracy before a repair or replacement. If your windows are a non-standard size, you will likely need to order custom screens, which can increase the cost. However, a screen does not necessarily have to fit the entire window, so you may be able to use a standard-size screen even if your window is slightly larger.

While the telltale signs can vary for different types of screen doors, it may be time to learn how to install a screen door if you're noticing rotting, warping, or splintering accompanying the sagging. If you’re unsure whether to replace a sagging screen door, consult a local screen door pro for an inspection and final decision.
