"Hired to repair leaking dam. Quoted 8K , which seemed high but was told the work would take a week so I figured that was reasonable. Quote stated no gaurantee the repair would work, and Norris used this as an excuse for shotty work. Instead of spending a week digging out and rebuilding the dam, he spent 2 days, 4 hours each, so 40 hrs for 8k turned to 8 hrs for 8k. Surprise surprise, the dam started leaking within 3 days of the half a$$ repair. Then he got mad when I paid him and didnt click some option for friend and family forcing him to pay a service charge, which he than charged me onto of the REDICULOUS amount he already ripped me off for. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAZY SCAMER. "
