The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. We phoned Coopertown first thing before calling the contractors to ensure that any wildlife could not get into the attic. They immediately came out and made a plan to prevent any wildlife from coming inside the home and eradicate any possibility of them entering or staying in the attic. Alex Anderson, Certified Lead Technician, came and worked very hard during the hot weather to do what was needed to close up and resecure our home from any wildlife. Alex was very empathetic, friendly, and professional. He then returned after the new roof and fascia boards were installed to seal and reseal any possible areas that vermin might enter the attic space. "No they did a poor job my roof is currently still leaking. They said I have a 5year warranty but never gave me paperwork .I paid 11 Thousand dollars the roof was leaking the very next week. They didn't do drip edges and put old rust flash back up. Never Ever use them."
