Liner ordered, waiting for it to be manufactured and installed. I used them with my last liner replacement and it was outstanding.

Excellent in on time and value

They closed my pool and installed replacement pool safety cover. They responded promptly with a phone call to inquire what I needed done and to schedule a tech to come out. They called me on a Thursday morning and said they weren't too busy so they might be out that same Thursday before the end of the day but if not they would be out on Friday. They didnt come out Thursday and by 12pm on Friday we still didnt hear from them so I called to inquire. A tech called me back and said they wouldn't come out until Monday due to a current job taking longer than expected. So, the following Monday they arrived promptly in the AM and were finished by 11am. The new cover didnt quite match the previous anchor locations so they needed to redrill into my concrete deck several anchors but they appeared to do a fantastic job as the new cover looks great! I am glad I called them as I fearer installing the replacement cover job was going to be more tricky than it looked.

This was my first time owning a pool. The owners of the company came out and give me a presentation. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied.

They were amazing, They all worked very hard and my pool has never been cleaner!

I have used this company a few times, and each time the service techs would come to my house and just walk right into my backyard without letting me know they were there. The techs would reach over the top of my gate and unlatch it from the inside to open the gate. I finally started having to put a lock on the gate to keep them from getting back there unannounced. Also, this spring I hired them to open my pool and I ended up having to go back behind the tech and correct some errors that he made. He had left the plug in one of my skimmers and had the other skimmer valved off at the pump, so no water was circulating through the system. When I called and informed them of what happend, all they did was make an excuse, they didn’t even offer to make up for the mistake.

Prompt and convenient.

Ease of use, I called on a Monday and my pool was closed by Wednesday and I could pay by credit card without being present.

Very customer oriented and willing to find creative solutions to problems encountered.
