"Spriggs commercial cleaning was very professional and did great work! I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again! I had a tenant leave my rental property in terrible condition. There was pet feces and urine throughout the home from several different types of animals, trash and disgusting furniture and more. Lanier visited the home promptly and gave me a competive quote (althought he wasn't the cheapest). He started work immediately. He removed everything out of the home that wasn't salvageable (including appliances). It took several days but they showed up early, was thorough, and went above and beyond. He got the home back in rentable, turn-key condition with very little rehab work to be done afterwards. He probably saved me $10K. I didn't have to lift a finger! The quoting and booking process was seamless and their communication was clear. I'll definitely be hiring Spriggs Commercial Cleaning again and I highly recommend them."

(I cordially agree) * Next day's appointment...again he did not show. I called and left a message on Martin's voicemail. He never called back. * I made several attempts to call again, but the calls never go through. * I can only assume that Martin has decided that the work I need is not worth his time...and I have wasted a week of my time with a man and his company who show little courtesy and low character towards a prospective client by not communicating with them. * I would have been fine if he had just told me he wasn't interested in looking at my property instead of stringing me along for over a week...only to end up ghosting me. Â"
