House Cleaning
I’ve used them several time for house cleaning and they were cleaning my house every other week. On one occasion, they came back out to clean my house to my satisfaction and they also worked me in on a time when I was moving into the house. I really appreciated this!

When I first talked with the gentleman in June 2010, i wanted my entire yard cleaned up, ivy removed, shrubs trimmed, and landscaping. (No mowing as I have someone that handles this for me)
Phase 1.
He recommended starting with the cleanup of yard (included trimming, putting down pine straw, spraying to kill ivy, pruning, and cleanup of entire yard.)
Phase 2.
Then when it was cooler weather, the bare spots in the grass, landscaping would be quoted at an additional part.
July 18th,I received invoice for full amount of $890.00 but yard cleanup had not been completed. I had to call them to ask why the job had not been completed. The same gentleman called me back to say he was not aware that cleaning of the yard was included, but he was willing to meet with me to see what was required. We met and he agreed to schedule the cleanup. At that meeting, he wanted me to hire them for a monthly maintience fee of approx. $50/month to keep the ivy, weeding, etc. done.
He and another helper did clean up a portion of the back of my yard by raking (used my rakes, since they did not bring their own), and hauling off debrie. Spent approx. 4 hours cleaning up.
Since he was the same one that met with me and quoted the jobs, (and it was defined on the invoice), recommended we do it in two seperate phases, I was confused when he said he did not know that he was supposed to clean up yard.
So, I paid the full invoice, vowing never to allow them near me for the completion of the landscaping, etc. As a senior citizen, living alone, I know that I will not be this gullible again. The pics I took after they say it was completed shows the lack of effort on their part to have pride in a job well done.

As we were not aware of this complaint directly at the time of service, we did not have the opportunity to correct the issue satisfactorily.
