Working with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. From the start, Mario has been dependable, skillful, thoughtful, thorough, neat, efficient, reliable, conscientious, kind, helpful and friendly, just to name a few of his standout qualities. He is a talented artist who takes pride in his work. During our initial meeting, he listened to our needs, made solid and cost-effective suggestions, and generally showed himself to be an experienced painter. He was prompt in providing us a written, detailed proposal. As work progressed, our confidence in Mario only grew. Not only were his overall painting skills wonderful, his attention to details also made big differences. Things like painting ceiling heating/cooling vents and ceiling fan blades (went from brown to white) made our rooms so much nicer and saved us money because we originally had planned to buy new ones. He always respectfully presented such ideas for our consideration and approval before proceeding, which was much appreciated. In one room where we only wanted to have one wall painted, Mario was able to get color-matched paint to make that happen. Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. Before too long, we will be ready for the next round and will be contacting Mario, no question. We highly recommend him for your painting needs. Mario is a gem!

Brandon and Scott from Turn to Us showed up on time and began working immediately, They repaired and replaced the floor in less that 2 days and it is gorgeous! I scheduled an appointment to have carpets cleaned two months in advance, received a confirmation through House Call from scheduler confirming appointment. On the day work was scheduled, i had to reach back out to scheduler and they denied ever talking with me or sending me confirmation through House Call, even though I had concrete proof of appointment. I reached out to the owner but they failed to accept my phone call. i have used this company multiple times over the years and always had a professional experience. Going forward, I will be taking my business else where.

Would never recommend trugreen to anyone. After hearing multiple people tell me not to go with them I did anyway only because they "guarantee" their work. After fighting for months to get a manager to come out I've finally had enough. I finally had someone who was filling in for a manager call me. Said he would come out to my house Friday 10/05. Finally I was starting to feel better considering every time I called for a manager they said they'd have one call me and never did. Well after Friday finally comes I never get a call or any paperwork saying he was out there. I call Monday 10/08 and ask about the situation they said they'd have someone call it's now 10/10 and have still heard nothing. My grass is completely ruined and dead on the side of my house. A technician that came out said there was never any notes on my account saying it needed extra attention. After I explained the condition the yard was in on that side he said they more than likely could have saved it with certain treatments. The "manager" I spoke to the other day said he sees notes where I've called multiple times looking for a manager. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. They've done nothing to help me and my now ruined yard. They just want their money every few weeks. Definitely not a good company.

York's Air Duct CleaningThe off white carpet is about 20 years old, had been neglected for probably 10 years: stains, very dirty, etc. Amazing job cleaning. Most of the carpet looks new. A few of the stains remain, but are not very visible. It was obvious that renters spilled who knows what and never bothered to clean it up. On a scale of 1-10, it's a 20. Plus, they're super people. They arrived ahead of time. Had I not seen them, they would have respectfully waited in the truck until the appointment time. WOW!- Teri T.
