I used this service for 3 years. They were mediocre at best. But I let it go since I just wanted a clean house and not overly picky. Examples include, scratched mirror, dirty rags left all around the house, new sheets put on top of old/dirty sheets, brooms left out and furniture not put back. They’re also consistently late with no apologies, every time you bring something up you get an excuse. The final straw was yesterday, it was 2 new ppl, took them 3.5 hours to do my 4b/4b house. We have a set monthly rate. Angelina texts me after they left that it will cost $80 more since they took longer. How is that my problem? The house was not messier than usual, in fact I didn’t have them do a room bc I was using it. What’s the point of a set rate if you then will get charged hourly? I am done and would not recommend.

I would not hire this service...very disappointing

"I’m sorry we couldn’t remove all the fezes from all the 25 plus cats and dogs you hoarding in your home! I totally understand your disappointment! We did our best ! My team had a very bad health risk by trying to clean up the best they possibly could! The first person we sent the week before, got sick from it and didn’t want to go back the following week. We take our work very seriously and I hope you find someone that fits your needs better than we did."

Carla did a fabulous job every nook and cranny of my house was spotless! Sparkling certainly lives up to its name what a pleasure. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

It did not go well. I asked for 2 people to clean the home for 2 hours which is a thousand square foot. They did not clean the bathroom, they did not do the kitchen sink. They did not clean the balcony and what they did was just vacuumed the floor and clean the refrigerator. They are asking for $200 and I only give $100 because the service was not good.

"I’m sorry we couldn’t make you happy! You paid for 4 hrs , however your house needed at least 3 days with a crew of 5 people to have it cleaned properly. And a dumpster rental. It was not only a sink full of dishes. It was a lot more than that. I have pictures of before and after, feel free to give me permission to publish! I’m sorry you have your children living in such environment."

The lady who arrived to do a deep cleaning for my bathroom; did an amazing job! I’m definitely hiring for more services to be completed in the near future. I highly recommend, please always get clarification in regards to hours and cost prior to hiring. Apparently, it’s a 3hr at minimum ($50 per hour) so, if the person cleaning your selected location takes less than 3hrs it’s expected of the customer to pay for 3hrs ($150) this wasn’t communicated to me. However, because I was 100% pleased by the services provided I will be hiring for more services again.
